Resolved! Transfer my payg number to pay monthly

I filled the 'keep my number form' twice (2nd and 6th of July before 5 p.m) today is 7th July night and my number doesn't transfered. I was charged for pay monthly few days ago, but still can't use my allowens with my old number. Worst service!

Resolved! costs

When I took out my O2 package included with my Virgin package the cost was £25.00. I thought this was for the 18 months of my contract. As everything is unlimited I can't understand why I am being charged what I am.
