Tracking order not showing in My O2

I am expecting delivery of my new handset today.I have received an email confirmoing dispach and giving me a Tracking Number.When I go into My O2, as the website says, it isn't showing, 'Track my Order'.How can I track it?

Hi,I have downloaded the app, when I log in I get error message. "oops. My02 isn't available to you yet. Don't worry, you can still manage your account in MY02 for web" I can access data on web but not on the app.

Left o2, went to Virgin and now back on o2 but with issues

I was on o2 for many happy years as a business customer. I left when my business closed and I went over to virginmedia. Recently virgin teamed up with o2 and I appear to be back with o2. I want to use the Myo2 app but it says I am a Business customer...
