I’ve just placed a order for  a new i phone and it should be 30GB and not 15 GB so why does it say this on my 02 account

You will probably see this applied as a bolt on

When the 15gb is running out, the additional 15GB will appear.

You should see it as a bolt on in My O2 (read the link above)
