i download the my o2 app as i be told my o2 apps got fresh new look but i have same look.it is for pay monthy or payg customers loss out again grrr

@abristol19910 You should edit the screenshot to black out your phone number, unless you want the entire world to know what it is.

I can’t see the screenshot but the new look has only been out a month or so. Not 2017 I’m afraid
