i download the my o2 app as i be told my o2 apps got fresh new look but i have same look.it is for pay monthy or payg customers loss out again grrr

It's the same app for both.
Check you have the latest version.

Version 9.0.1 on Android.

What update do you have? Does it say 9.0.1 like you have been told above? There is definitely a fresh look
