Hi, my credit score is compromised as it says I have an outstanding bill for O2 for £50.00 which hasn't been paid for 4 months. I have no idea what this is as I was told all accounts with you had been settled.

Can you cancel or tell me what I need to do please.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.
