Hi,
Ordered a new device and website said the device was available, then received emails and texts to say sorry, device is out of stock and waiting for stock to arrive - annoying but hey ho!
What I really want to know is the device has a claim back of £100 if claimed by 7th July. If the device is really late, can i still get that claim after the 7th, as it's not my fault their website said stock was available but it really wasn't.
Any advice out there?
Cliff

Unfortnately you will have to claim by the end date.
You can always cancel the order if it goes beyond that date if the extra £100 is a deal breaker for you.

@Cliffyboy O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system. Not very high tech for a major telecommunications company.

Don't you just love the antiquated stock system that O2 seems to think is adequate in 2021

After seeing what Amazon have been doing, it's probably just as well. Destroying new goods as they exceed stock levels!!

All those kids who were desperate for Tablets and laptops for home schooling, an absolute disgrace. Another whistleblower from the Hemel Hempstead warehouse saying exactly the same on the news tonight.
