Hi,

I was surprised when I saw my bill. Its 90 Pounds,  because it was not used in that period. I am living in İstanbul, and the latest call to me was in Oct 2022 which I did not answer. I used only free wi-fi on my phone only to check if there is any messages.  How I could be charged many times for a service I have never buy. Must be a mistake I beleive.  Would you please kindly check my account and correct the bill.

Thanks in advance.

I doubt very much this would be a mistake on O2's part as they pass on to you the charges they have received from the local networks.

You will need to contact O2 direct as this is a community forum and there is no access to your account from here

Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

Also, if you go to My O2 on the Web you should be able to see a breakdown of charges.

As this is a public forum you would be advised to remove your phone number as it opens you to spam calls / fraud

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
