I haven't cancelled my contract which has now ended I want to terminate my contract but am not signing up to a new mobile network. How do I do this when the shops are closed, who do I contact to terminate....

Did you cancel your contract? If not it will still keep rolling on a month by month basis.

Use a STAC and give it to a new network on P&G. You don't need to use the sim they send you.

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
