I am trying to activate my free 6 months of Disney+ but both the app and the website will not let me. It keeps saying Oops. Sorry, we weren't able to add your extra. Please try again

It's a known error that O2 are trying to fix.

@O2Georgina should hopefully jave more info in the morning.
