I try buy today A few things. Everything went well, I even wanted to pay upfront. At the end of the transaction showed me that something went wrong and I have to call. I called, it disconnected me after a second. I was ordered to another department of the lady checked my data and translations. After which after 18 you disconnected and no one called back or can not get through.

In the corner I have transactions boiled in o2 and in my bank account I have a pending transaction. What now how can I do it?

A pending transaction means that O2 have not taken any money, so your order was not accepted yet.
