Hello, I am trying to cancel disney plus. The auto renew button does not allow me to switch to 'off' and i am unable to speak to someone about how to cancel/turn this extra off. any help is much appreciated!

Disney+ discount

I am paying £7.99 for my disney plus on my bill but can not see anywhere the £2 discount I am meant to have? I have been trying to look for a way to ask someone and can't seem to do that either. Any help would be great. Thank you

I changed my tariff to £5 and then I topped up with 10 pounds but it got topped up to the 10 pound tariff instead of the 5 pound one

I've just had a call from 0344 809 0202 saying it was O2 Fraud Department asking if I was Miss Jannette & Liverpool area and mentioned attempted fraud sounded like a hoax so put phone down & googled seems a lot of people have had a call like this say...
