moving nr to o2

Cant move my old nt to o2.Information on the screen are different then ssn nr I have with my new sim card

I received a text to say I had overpaid on my last bill. I am changing from O2 but I would like this amount refunded instead of in credit. I can’t find out how to do this on my O2 and have checked. Can I have this amount refunded?
