After 3 days and many hours of fruitless attempts to contact o2, i eventually managed a 2.5 hr chat on line. In answer to my concerns/complaint, O2 offered a £24 payment for incorrect admin. of services and a further £50 ex gratia payment for inconvenience etc. which I accepted. I was advised that these payments would be reflected in my next bill under heading of "recent charges", within 24 hrs. Needless to say I cant see these showing my bill. Any ideas where I look please.
