My husband died just over a year ago, I cannot get through to customer services to get the My o2 log in details changed, so I have to keep seeing my dead husband being welcomed back. Can you imagine how upsetting this is? I have made several calls to the customer services help line, and I keep being timed out!! I got through once and was told to go into the shop - they told me it has to be done through Customer services. I am 83 years old - if you wait much longer before sorting this out I may well be dead too!!
