We left England, and would like to cancel the account. Our bank account is deactivated. Please cut us off.

We are not O2 here but customers and can't access accounts.

You CAN call using the Skype message outlined.

By not cancelling properly and closing the bank account O2 will still try to take payments and you will then go into arrears and the debt put on any Credit Files

It is in your interests to call

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If you don't intend ever coming back to the UK then there won't be any problems for you

Should you wish to return you need to close the account as otherwise you will find getting any type of credit almost impossible
