Calls made from abroad not on itemised bill

I am looking for proof of phone calls I made from abroad for an insurance claim. When I have looked at my bill for calls I made that week it is showing that I did not make any calls at all for the whole time I was away! Is this normal?

Resolved! Balance disappeared, Cannot call or text

Suddenly my balance is set to zero, I cannot call or text. Iam unable to chat with O2 . My O2 application keep me signing out if I try to use any thing on menu.

Resolved! Broken buds

Received "free" samsung buds in January, now one has stopped working. How would I get repair/replacement? And where has the o2 help chat gone? You just go round in circles on the website searching for someone to help you!!! Very frustrating
