Hello hello, I had the £15 tariff and when I activated it again for this month, another £5 tariff was activated and now even that £5 would not be there anymore, I would say that I do not have any tariff selected

Resolved! "Identity not found" error when trying to readd number to my account.

I accidentally deleted my number from my online o2 account.When I go to try to re-add it to my account I only get an error at the top of the page saying "Identity not found" and it wont let me add it.Is there any way fix this?

Hi does anyone know why S22 is excluded from open? I was told on live chat by an operator that it would be and that I could apply the discount. But it says excluded. Would have been good to know when i upgraded my phone!Not happy
