I have the 250GB tariff and as a Virgin customer this is doubled to unlimited.
Problem is that the network is so slow I am frequently having switch to another sim to get usable connectivity. This is in the open, in good coverage areas, with a good strong signal.
I want to downgrade to the £15 / 30GB tariff (Doubled to 60).
The saving will let me always use another network for data.
My O2 account area does not give me the option to change tariff.
How do I get this changed?

Truth be told, if you are still in the 14 days change of mind, I would look elsewhere
