I have been sent an email to verify my email address. clicking a link takes me to page that says "set a password" but there is now field provided to do that. There is only fields to set he security question and select contact preferences etc . I have completed these, but the continue box is still greyed out so clearly something is missing. I have explained this to customer services and all they sent another link , bit same thing happened again. I have tried on my mobile & computer, but makes no difference.
