I am trying to cancel my Disney+ which i have thru an O2 extra, Going by my bills my first payment for this came out in feb so i would have signed up in jan, the issue i am having is that its not letting me into manage this extra

Can’t make calls

I upgraded to a new data package and downloaded an e sim yesterday. I now cannot make calls on my iPhone 16 but can receive them. What do I need to do please?

Cannot access my previous months and older bills on my O2 account.

I cannot seem to access my previous months/older bills. I did upgrade to a new tariff two weeks ago? O2 are now only showing the new tariff details and all of my history and olds bills etc are now missing. I don't think it is due to the tariff change...

My O2 accout only shows one out of two phones

I have two phones in my name but my O2 account only has one registered. The website states the other phone is registered in another account. How can I rectify please? Getting in touch with O2 seems a nightmareThanks Simon

What is 'your alias' within my active accounts?

Logged on to My O2 today and was greeted by a return/exchange screen. When I look at my active accounts I have my mobile number as one account and 'Your alias' as another...? Any information as to what 'your alias' is?
