I've been logged out of my o2 and now it won't let me back in, nothing but problems with o2 honestly can't wait till my contracts up to get away from them

Another weekend that You Can't upgrade phone online

Anyone else wondering why O2 make it impossible to upgrade your phone online at the weekend?? Not good for people who work away from home Monday-Friday!!
