Contacting to cancel Sim.

Been trying for nearly 24 hours to contact customer services, 202 doesn't work from my phone, I don't have a landline and they wont discuss a cancellation online. Any ideas.

E-SIM

I swapped my phone through insurance because it was damaged and am now having issues reinstalling the e-sim. I was sure to deactivate it on my old phone prior to formatting and exchanging it.
