Well, I was offered £53 for my Samsung Galaxy Fold 4 and posted it off when I finally received my new phone Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 ( I waited a month for deivery)
When selecting my new phone online I opted to trade in my old phone and also opted for the valve of my old phone to be credited to my account so I could take it off my bill.
As far as I can see I've not received a penny and I've emailed the above email address several times and no reply.
I had 2 months left off my old phone which I was informed I would be charged for old phone & new phone direct debit and then my old phone would be cleared, leaving just the new phone monthly payment.
Maybe i don't receive my credit until then, does anyone know or know what I should do? Thankyou x
