Anyone know how we can cancel a tariff after the contract has ended? I have two devices that I have come to the natural end of the contract but struggling to find out how to cancel unless I phone them, I don't have time to sit on the phone for hours ...

Hello, i updated my o2 spend cap on my account a few days ago now, but I am still unable to spend on it. This is highly annoying as I want to put my Spotify plan to go through my phone bill but it won't do so as it hasn't updated?What can I do?
