I’ve just had a text confirming an order has gone through but I didn’t order anything

Mast issue affecting signal at home

For the last 2 - 3 weeks I have had poor reception and download issue due to network issue. I have received update text to say still working try to fix in next 7 days. Should I expect some compensation? should I move from O2 to another network?

Why am I not receiving my monthly discount
