Advent Calendar Campaign Discount Code

My o2 not working

Why is my o2 not working never had issue with it before I have been with o2 over 4 years

my bill has more than doubled

My bill has more than doubled.It was around £14 and the last bill is approx £35.I would like to know why as I haven't used my phone any differently to usual.
