I spoke to 5 people on the phone yesterday asking for help. I currently use £15 rolling plan where I have used all data so changed to a £30 plan thinking it would start when I paid. But found out it doesn’t start till the end of the month. I have tried to cancel and get my money back for the £30 one, was told on the phone that it had been cancelled and I would receive a refund, however it is still pending on my account and I’m now unable to restart my £15 plan

It can take a few days to go back to cleared funds in your bank account.
You could switch to a big bundle in the interim.
Call 4445 for help with getting it activated immediately.
