I can’t access my o2 app says no longer can get in and even online I can’t get in to see my account did phone customer service but still waiting for them to fix it

Unable to access account

An employee set up a family and friends account adding 3 of my phones (employees) and her own + an ipad for herself. I pay for all items, stupidly I did not know I was paying for hers. She has left my employment and is refusing to answer my calls etc...

Resolved! Rolling plan

Hi, I have just clicked on a link that said I could re-new my rolling plan as I have run out of data. I have topped upmy phone but it is saying it won’t start till 28th? The reason I topped up was so I get the plan to start today.Thanks Debbie

Travel

i have arrived in Cape Verde and had previously always had the travel bolt on within my account.on arrival i discovered for whatever reason it is no longer on my account and now i am unable to purchase the travel bolt on for Zone 2.please help
