Using data in he EU zone

When I'm in UK I have 100 GB on my plan, in EU calls and messages are unlimited, but the same doesn't goes for the data so up to how much GB can be used in EU zone without been charged?

I have been sent a bill but have no services from you

I have been sent an email saying I owe you money but have no services from you. I was disconnected in May this year and the contract ended in June. The bill was dated July. Help!

How to access all 3 contracts on My o2

I can only access my daughters phone details on My o2. How do I add my own phone and my other daughters. All three are held in my name and paid from the same account.

Money took out when I wanted to change tariff

I put £15 to be able to switch to the £15 bundle but after I put it in it took £2 from my account and haven’t received any data

Tried making a purchase through My O2 only to have an error message saying that my credit score is low, even though Experian score it at 999 out of 999 which is excellent. Now I can't even close My O2 account.Any advice?Thanks

Resolved! o2 switchup

If i use o2 switch up will the new contract be more than my original contract or can i choose a new tariff and phone?
