Bill Summary for ***********  07/08/2024

Charge of £0-15 for premium text to Twilio (Bill Ref. 67975) that I have no recollection or record of making. I wish this charge to be deleted.

You need to talk with coustomer service.

And please remove your number because its a coustomer community not coustomer service.

It may say Twilio but they are a bulk SMS outfit amongst other things. I suspect you text somebody who used them

Charges for SMS are rarely wrong. You just have to weigh up if spending time with customer services is worth 15p

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
