I am asking for an explanation of my payments with o2. Telephone number [Personal details removed] for the entire period. I don't understand why I have to pay so much and I also don't understand why I can't log in to my O2. I have another phone and the SIM card for verification no longer works either. This is not customer services and it would be wise to remove your phone number from the Community Forum as it is open. I have informed the moderators just in case you are unable to. Use RHS drop down symbol and use "edit" to remove the number.
