Hi, for over 2 weeks there has been problems in the area (pr7 3tp) due to mast issues. This is making it practically impossible to have a conversation using my phone with the line either not connecting or being very poor. When not connected to Wi-Fi the only signal being picked up some days is 3g which basically means I cannot use the phone for anything most of the time. Are O2 planning on offering compensation for the fact they are not providing the service being paid for? Or longer term actually resolving this issue! I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of service provided and would like a response asap. Thanks, Melissa

There are many reasons why it may take time to fix a mast. Access rights is just one.
Networks don't have to give universal coverage and these days there is often the option of using WiFi Calling.
Compensation is something you can discuss once things are fixed.
We are all customers here on the community so eventually you will have to talk to O2 direct.

Hi @MRed
Welcome to the o2 Community
Understand your frustration completely
May help check here
Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?
Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?
The terms and conditions for o2 and all suppliers generally state that they cannot guarantee connectivity when masts etc are needing to be worked on and it isn't likely that anyone will be able to get compensation.
You can ask here
