Wrong sim

The sim sent does not fit my phone. Can you change it please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Or you can call into any O2 store

All sims should be compatible as the correct size should press out

They are all a 3 in 1 simcard

Its a triple sim and you need to put each bit out for it to work with your phone, and you want the smallest one for most phones.. 

The smallest is Nano, then Micro and a standard sim card, all one one card

It will be a triple SIM. You push out the size you require. If you look closely you will see score marks

Hi , unfortunately not. It doesn't down size. So I'll take it to the o2 shop tomorrow
