Why is there no 24-hour helpline like other networks?

I have only just joined O2 since September and I wish I had and I’ve had nothing but issues know my spend Has been removed and I and obviously I’ve gone over my bill and there is no when I can actually talk to I should’ve stayed with the company I was with before this is ridiculous there’s no one to talk to you no one to leave a message to get back to you it’s poor community Customer Service to say the least Sadly I am now stuck with O2 for the next two years I wish I had known this before as I would’ve never changed over

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
