When I go to my O2 or Open O2 it just says there seems to be an error try again later. And it's been like this for a few days now. Is there an issue or is it my account that's broken? I wanna know what the others' experience is?

You can delete the apps and reinstall. If that doesnt help contacting O2 is the answer
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)

What browser are you using, and have you cleared cookies and history, if need be try a different browser
As just logged into o2open and Myo2 and all working fine.
If it still doesn't work then you will need to contact o2, if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
