How can I request for my double data to be added as Nora Virgin media customer

I'm in the same boat as you and the best I can find out after 3 days of taking to Virgin is that it will be automatically applied after 7 working days. I would however take that with a pinch of salt as it took 3 days to get that answer.

It was 5 days for me to get double from Virgin @Ryvvak 

Patience needed
