I have been in contact multiple times in the last few weeks in regards to a VAT bill of the purchase of my new mobile device.
Please can you email me a VAT breakdown of my most recent purchase so that I can share this with my company.
Do not direct me to MyO2 or reference it will be sent to me in the mail as I have been told these 4 times and it hasn't happened.

Regretfully, we are Customer to Customer Community so we have no access to O2 systems.
You will just have to persist with O2 I'm afraid

Please note you may only be able to get monthly VAT Invoices for your Airtime if on a Guide: How does O2 Refresh work? O2 agreement, @Amhpollard
The Device Plan component is a Credit Agreement, and some have said here that a VAT Invoice for that component can only be requested when the Device Plan has reached term and has been fully settled.
