I need to talk to somebody there about an Unwanted Virgin Sim Card - This has been going on for weeks! The Virgin Team have told me to contact you and quote the number #45270256 - Can somebody please respond urgently. I have spoken to endless people at O2 but am getting nowhere.

You really need to take up the mis-selling with Virgin Media, as all o2 get is a sim and account order..
Did you not read the contract that was emailed to you? which clearly states the Volt Sim is chargeable, and even when I had an Oomph sim it had a Direct Debit setup.
Again I would take it up with Virgin Media on 0345 454 1111 and get them to fix the issue of there making, and get a DSAR issued against Virgin so you have a copy of all the calls etc

It may be worth you visiting the Volt Board on the Virgin Media Community
Generally, Virgin's attitude is You signed up and because you binned the SIM and didn't get the message it's your fault

That is a fun board, lots of people who signed up for things without reading the paperwork, and just wanting a discount, and throwing sims in the bin... @Enlli
No sympathy of those, but for those on the old Oomph its a complete mess and lots of sympathy for them

Hi Johnny21 - Sorry I didnt see your post at time, I've tried to put O2 out of my mind! so not been back here. Sorry to hear you had the same experience as me. I hope you got this sorted. I wonder if they still use this tactic to extort more money out of their existing customers, disgusting. I did actually get a grovelling letter of apology from O2 and £150 compensation for being dishonest scumbags. I think they offered £75 but the Ombudsman told them to double it 😂
