Unusual direct debit

A direct debit is due to come out tomorrow for £38.79 which I don’t recognise as my usual ones are due for the 11th of this month?

Hi @Gracie_Last1994 - This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 ).

Do check also with your bank, to make sure they are aware you are querying a charge made via direct debit. Good luck!
