I got an O2 SIM because I took out a deal with Vriogin (Volt).  I cannot find the SIM as I need to use it, but have been pationg it for c6 months.  Can anyone advise how I get a replacement?  I have tried the O2 web site but it just goes round in circles and is only focussed on selling me more stuff.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks,

Errol

You could visit an O2 Shop, with your phone and some photo ID @DexTW18

Or you could talk to O2 via Social Media, links just below this post.

Thanks PG.  But I never had a phone with O2, only the SIM that came with the Virgin Media Volt deal that I did. I tucked the SIM away somewhere  - no idea where... 😞

So I'm actually only after the SIM as I need to use it in another device - currently I'm paying for it but not using it 😞

Thanks

@DexTW18 Then best to use the social media links provided.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Any store will activate a new sim for you as long as you have ID to prove who you are.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
