I've just recieved 2 texts saying I've just made an order. From the looks of it I've just re-ordered my contract. I've been trying to figure out how to add disney to my account but I don't think I've pressed anything that would end up with me having extra bills. Any enlightenment on this will be appreciated as I don't want to pay again for something I already have. Cheers

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).
