Everytime I use my username and password in my02 it tells me to add my contact number and then tells me that it’s already connected to another account
when I try to log into the app, it says “oops, My02 isn’t available to you yet” been saying this for months. Any advice?

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
