Please can you help me. You have switched my ability to make calls off because of „ unpaid“ bills. However there aren’t any . I have been n hospital for several weeks and have no other phone to call. 

I have to call either 0800 032 5302 or 0800 111 6121. I settled the last device plan and your support added a new tariff upgrade which I have not been able to use. I have also sent several replies to the emails when I have managed to get some WiFi. Please call asapme to resolve.
