Could not log in into my o2 app. It was said that my o2 is not available for me yet but I have been with o2 for more than a month now

Have you tried logging in to MyO2 using the link at the top of this webpage ? 

It might also be worth deleting the O2 app, rebooting your handset and reinstalling it.
