I need to download my service plan bills to submit to work for reimbursement, but when I try and access my "billing history" page I get an error message saying "You can't access this page right now. Please choose another account or mobile number to open this page". How should I download my bills from November 2023 onwards?

Money, @BarryT - cutting loose old systems without the expensive need to migrate oodles of paid bills, spent contracts.... Oh, and hanging on to unwary customers' cash when they are charged for something they don't have, or a payment is taken twice ("must be your card that's at fault"), or a closed account is left open ad infinitum, clocking up cash for O2 that you can't tell them about because your MyO2 access was revoked, and the phone lines are an exercise in futility...
