Unable to chat to 02

Heeeellllp I’m trying to speak to someone about returning 02/virgin sim unused and my 14 days are up today!! I’ve been charged £25 already too. My partner doesn’t want the sim as it’s more than he’s paying now with virgin mobile? I need help getting refund and returning sim.

You need to speak to VM as well if part of the Volt Package, as they may charge you as you are cancelling part of the Volt Package, as its a bundle deal. 

You also need to Call o2 on 0344 809 0202 and they should be able to help with this.
