Hello,
I am late with my payments and wanted to pay my bill online. However, when I try to log in to my account it asks me to enter the number I received by text message. It seems that you’ve disconnected my number so I can’t receive that text message.
How do I pay my bill?

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. If you have no phone to use, download Skype to call that freephone number: Guide: A Guide to Skype
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you want to avoid problems like this going forward, set up a Direct Debit. It's what you're supposed to do.
