@SJ71

A couple of things to check?

Do you have any spend caps on your account? This will stop you making any calls to International Numbers.

When you set up the account did you put any bars in place on Premium and International Calling?

You will need to call customer services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 to remove these.

Also note on o2 it is £3 Per minute to call Austrailia

Unless you have the International Bolt-On at £3 per month, when it comes down to 2p/minute for landlines.

@SJ71

If the person you are calling has WhatsApp you can call them for free using the app.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@SJ71 Calling WhatsApp to WhatsApp is free if you're calling using a WiFi connection. Otherwise it will use your data allowance. The receiver of the call doesn't need to be on WiFi.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
