Thank you in advance for your support.

Are there any instructions on how to top up the battery?
if you have a "16-digit" top-up code?
If I dial 4444 and then press "2",
the top-up does not work for me.

Does anyone have a solution please?

When calling 4444 it's option 1, option 2 and enter the voucher code.
