I've just had my update through. It has some cool features. You can now see which of your contacts are on O2 and who are using the My O2 app. From My O2, you can send a message to that user. (Maybe this is RCS?) There's also a My O2 assistant called 'Aura' where you speak to it to find out things about your account. You can also exchange live messages with an O2 customer service agent on this new app. Still finding my way through. There's still some features that need ironing out a bit but cool new app either way. slight_smile
Current devices: Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max, Apple iPad Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 9 (all with O2)

It wouldn't accept my finger print or pin and told me to login with username and password.
It then said I had to select an account (I have 4 on the same login) as the master but wouldn't list the accounts, so I couldn't select one and hence, go no further!

Can you not login to O2 website to review and decide which of your 4 x accounts gets your App back on its feet...?

Not tried the website yet but I’ve been unable to login there for the past couple of years so I doubt that’s changed recently!

It took me a few calls with O2 to change the Cc: address on my account to a different e-mail provider a while back, when Tesco closed their e-mail service. The main address is still a @o2.co.uk address - immutable. 

 

And my orignal one was "pgn@o2.co.uk"sob

Made more annoying because I have a bill to pay on one account that o2 are incapable of setting up a DD for, despite the fact that the other 3 are all paid by DD from the same bank account.....
