Hello,

Please how do I terminate my O2 contract without been charge?

I got the SIM with my Virgin Mobile Broadband package around Feburary on 18-months contract.

I keep paying £14 / month for the O2 which I rarely use. Out of the 10GB Data for the month, I have 9.95GB left after a month.

I called the customer service twice about this but after a keeping me waiting for about 17-mins, they cut the line off each time.

I cant keep paying the £14, I need help how to terminate contract without been charge.

Thanks

If you terminate your O2 Contact, you will probably be liable for the remainder of the contract. You could lose your Volt benefits as well.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

Also Call Virgin on 0345 454 1111

As you are over 14 days then you cannot cancel without paying off the remainder of the SIM contract.

You may also lose your Volt benefits with Virgin.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
