How / where do I change my telephone memorable word when I’ve forgotten it, I can’t locate the area within APP / website

In Personal details > Account access but I've just tried and my MyO2 seems to be going round in circles and not letting me in.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

That option has disappeared for me...

When it was there you had to put current memorable word in to allow you to change it
